Memorial Day weekend 2010

I hope everyone had a great Memorial Day Weekend!
A big Thank you to all our troops!

We started the weekend off on Friday, I love having my Friday's off. We went to town to see my Friends new baby boy. Very Precious little boy. Then went to some rummage sales with Grandma C got some really good deals. Then to the Valley for supper when Justin got to town.
Saturday was a full day, morning went to the Chiropractor/Nutritionalist which he hopefully has figured out Lane's ear infection problem.
Then we got back to town, after lunch we went to see some horses and a cute little pony at a friend of my dads place. The pony was so cute, I wanted to take him home with me. Lane is begining to really like horses!!! Then Grandma C took Lane as Justin and I went to a friends house for supper and a bon fire. Grandma C and Lane got to bond at our house, then we took her home Sunday morning. Lane likes to give wet kisses so Grandma got lots of those.
Sunday morning was a slow start but we got going and went to the zoo and did some shopping. It was a great time as a family of 3. Lane enjoyed the petting zoo where he tried to take off the nose of a goat.

He was almost more intersted in all the little kids running around then some of the animals. I think he thought "those things are HUGE" when he saw the buffalo. One little black monkey tried to entertain him by swinging from the rope and beating up the other monkey.
Then we headed back home and huge out with some friends. They have a 15 month out girl. She is the cutest thing ever. Lane really enjoyed playing with her. Her mom told her to be nice and when she has to be nice to the kitty she pets it so she was "petting" Lane. Lane played with her toys and she carried around one of Lane's toys I brought with. Her parents and us want to get together more often. Nice to hang out with friends with kids.
Monday we came into town and played in the little pool that my Aunt gave Lane. It is just his size.

He loved splashing his hands in the water. Got me wet a few times. So far he's not afraid of anything.

We are now on our 2nd tooth. Its so fun to see in that little mouth of his 2 little white things sticking up. The 1st tooth is really coming in good. Now you definatly don't want to stick your finger in his mouth.

A new thing Lane is doing now that I absolutly love, he sticks his arms out if he wants to go to you. I love it because unless its dad, Grandma's or Grandpa's he will turn his face around and hug me. He's just a big flirt and tease.
